Comment Policy

One of the objectives of this blog is to hear from you. To make the blog useful for everyone, however, please try to make your comments solely on the topic raised in the blog post to which you are referring.

We ask that your comments be courteous, polite and avoid rude and unfruitful remarks. More specifically, we request you to avoid obscene, racist, offensive, or sexually explicit or inappropriate comments.

Diakon reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor this blog for inappropriate postings, but does not undertake editorial control of postings or comments.

All decisions on content posting or rejection and removal of comments are entirely at the discretion of Diakon.

We reserve the right to ban future posts from commenters who repeatedly violate our Comment Policy and we may put in place such bans by refusing posts from specific email or IP addresses or through other means as necessary.

Because we review comments, they do not appear immediately. Please do not submit an individual comment more than once. We attempt to review comments quickly and publish them if at all possible.

We also require—but will not publish—your valid e-mail address before posting a comment to our blog. The name you use as a poster and your comment will be public when posted. Do not post private information or any information you do not want to be publicly available.
